2. DISCLAIMER - IMPORTANT This application is a dive planning tool that calculates theoretical decompression schedules.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. The developers assume NO RESPONSIBILITY for any injury, death, or damage resulting from the use of this application.

Decompression theory is based on mathematical models that do not guarantee freedom from decompression sickness. Individual susceptibility varies. Many factors can affect decompression safety including but not limited to: physical condition, hydration, fatigue, temperature, and previous dives.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY By using this application, you acknowledge that:

   • You are a trained diver qualified for the dives you plan
   • You understand decompression theory and its limitations
   • You will not rely solely on this application for dive planning
   • You assume all risks associated with diving activities
   • You will verify all calculations independently

4. NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE This application is not a certified medical device and should not be used as a substitute for proper dive training, professional guidance, or certified dive computers.
